Who is Classic Vision Care not the right fit for?

Patients with after-hours acute symptoms should go to the emergency room. Classic Vision Care does not perform LASIK or other refractive surgery (we co-manage). Where are the advanced dry-eye treatments performed?

Featured program — Dry Eye Spa

Shape of the program: dry eye is evaluated first. Patients do not self-select a named treatment before an evaluation. After evaluation, a stepped plan is built around the underlying cause (e.g., meibomian gland dysfunction, evaporative dry eye, aqueous-deficient dry eye).

Regulatory: the IPL device used at Classic Vision Care is FDA-cleared to treat dry eye.

Featured program — Myopia Control

Shape of the program: an assessment-led pediatric program for children whose prescription is getting worse year over year. The goal is to slow progression by matching the child's age, prescription, axial length trend, and daily routine to the right modality, then tracking progress at follow-ups.

Regulatory: MiSight 1-day soft contact lenses are FDA-approved for myopia control in children ages 8 to 12 at initial fitting. The other modalities offered (Ortho-K, low-dose atropine, multifocal soft contact lenses) are used off-label for myopia control.
